Opening Your Heart Meditation

Take 4 slow, long, deep breathes in and then 4 slow, long, deep breathes out. Relax.

As you now breathe in, breathe into your heart centre and bring in clear, white healing energy. Allow this energy to warm your heart. Feel it enter your being and softening you.

Exhale the negative and feel it flowing out of you through each breath.

Do this until you feel your heart opening and you become one with your heart center. Feel the release of stress and worry, and rest your mind.

When you feel ready and you feel the growing energy in your heart chakra, ask your angels to come in and speak to you. Ask them the question that sits in your heart.

This could be anything about a partner, a job, money, (whatever is on your mind will be answered).

Wait for a response. You may feel a sensation, you may hear the answer or see a symbol. Remember the information that came to you and when you awake make a note in a journal.

When you are ready to come back, slowly awake to your normal state of being and take notes of what you experienced.

Try to do this meditation at least once a week. Opening your heart will bring in love and compassion and create a bridge to you and your angels. This meditation will help you to gain clarity, connect with your Angels or spirit guides and open your heart to love and healing
